Challenge
NCPUL needed a single reliable vendor to manage IT infrastructure deployment across its geographically dispersed network of offices and language promotion centres spanning multiple states. Coordinating last-mile delivery, installation, and commissioning at remote locations required a vendor with logistics depth.
Solution
MITS managed the end-to-end supply chain for NCPUL, delivering and deploying desktop workstations, peripherals, and supporting infrastructure at 47+ locations across India. Field teams handled site-level installation, configuration, and documentation at each centre.
